Gonzalez instituted this action pursuant to Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e-16, alleging employment discrimination based on national origin and retaliation for having filed previous employment discrimination complaints. He appeals a take-nothing judgment of the district court in favor of defendant-appellee Postmaster General Paul N. Carlin. We affirm.
